Super Lawyers Names 16 MBT Attorneys to 2011 Lists

Super Lawyers logoCHICAGO (January 14, 2011)… Super Lawyers has named 16 attorneys at Meckler Bulger Tilson Marick & Pearson (MBT) to its 2011 lists of Illinois' top practitioners. Fourteen were recognized as Super Lawyers and two were named "Rising Stars," a list which recognizes attorneys under the age of 40.

For the third year in a row, Joseph E. Tilson was named one of the Top 100 Illinois Super Lawyers, one of only four management labor lawyers to be included in the top 100 list.

The new MBT Super Lawyer is Julie Trester (Insurance Coverage). The thirteen additional MBT attorneys who have again been recognized by their peers as Super Lawyers include:

Stuart Garbutt (Employment & Labor), James Kallianis Jr. (Insurance Coverage), Philip King (Insurance Coverage), Michael Marick (Insurance Coverage), Bruce Meckler (General Litigation), Steven Pearson (Insurance Coverage), Scott Seaman (Insurance Coverage), Joseph Tilson (Employment and Labor), and Timothy Wolfe (Employment and Labor).

This year's Rising Stars list includes for the first time Seth Darmstadter (Business Litigation) and for the third year in a row: James Argionis (Business Litigation)
