We represent design professionals in firms of all sizes in a variety of practice areas. We have litigated breach of contract, property damage, personal injury and delay claims arising out of design defects, construction defects, fee disputes, design/build, construction management, environmental/toxic contracts, and mechanics liens. These claims have involved conventional residential and commercial structures as well as roads, bridges, traffic engineering, power plants, environmental engineering, railroads, and water treatment facilities.
