Eric concentrates his practice on a variety of coverage disputes, bad faith, environmental, mass tort and general commercial litigation matters. He has litigated numerous coverage, bad faith and reinsurance matters for domestic and foreign insurer clients. He also has represented domestic and foreign corporate clients in mass tort, environmental, product liability and general commercial litigation. He has diverse jury and bench trial experience in civil and criminal cases throughout the nation.
While in law school, Eric served an externship with the Honorable John W. Bissell in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey (Newark). After law school, he practiced as a criminal defense attorney in Newark, New Jersey before entering civil practice.
