Sepideh’s practice focuses on representing employers in labor and employment litigation before state and federal courts and agencies, such has the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the National Labor Relations Board, and the Illinois Department of Human Rights. Sepideh has represented and defended a broad range of clients in all stages of litigation, including in wrongful termination and discrimination matters.
